Welcome to Alpha Design. By purchasing or accessing our templates, you agree to the following terms. We kept it short and human-readable — no legalese overload here.

1. License & Usage

When you purchase a template from Alpha Design, you’re buying a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for personal or commercial projects.

✅ You can:

  • Use templates on unlimited personal or client websites
  • Modify, remix, or customize them however you like
  • Use them for one-person startups, full-blown agencies, or side hustles

🚫 You can’t:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our templates
  • Use them to build a competing template or theme product
  • Share access with friends, coworkers, or your entire Discord server

2. Template Access

  • All purchases include lifetime access to the current version of the template
  • If you're on a subscription or all-access plan, you’ll receive new templates and updates as long as your plan is active

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely via Gumroad
  • Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final — no refunds unless there’s a technical issue we can’t fix (we’ll try our best)

4. Support

We offer email support for all customers.
